Lost my watch app : "Easy round" in watch but available in garmin connnect IQ mobile phone app

Until some days back I lost option to use the "easy round" watch app (view option) that I have purchased. It is visible in my mobile app garmin connect iq but I can not select it in my watch.  It has been working fine for several years before it broke some day back 

App developer saiys he has got several trouble reports recent days abotu hte same but he did no change naything so he blames Garmin for having done something. 
Also connect IQ in watch has a on exclamation mark on it. Is that saying some connection issue?

I have a garmin tactix delta solar and use mobile app on a samsung android mobile phone: Samsung Xcover 7 pro, using android 15.
