Live Tracking and CIQ applications

This is a bug that I could not find thread on.

Starting a CIQ application session with GPS Enabled or Disabled the Connect Mobile App start a LiveTracking session.  I tried this on several of my apps and also on a few others NON-GPS apps in the store.  All start a Live Tracking sessions.  

I tried the built-in Garmin Strength App and the Garmin Strength App did not start a live tracking.  

I see two options

1.) add a CIQ session parameter to control LiveTracking 

2.) create a Connect Mobile App bug ticket to prevent a Live Tracking session for non-gps activities.
