Lat and Long not showing up in 945 LTE .Fit Files

I've had users reporting they are not getting maps when using our platform, are the position coordinates written somewhere different for the 945 LTE?

    Do you know what software version the 945 LTE that your users were reporting the issue on? Also, what application of yours is this issue occurring with?

    As far as I can remember, there were no changes made to the 945 LTE on where the GPS coordinates are written.
