Issues uploading apps (Sorry, this page is currently unavailable)

Hello there,

I'm trying to upload an app from this new account.

It lets me add all the details (title, description, images etc.), but when I click 'Submit' this message is displayed:

Sorry, this page is currently unavailable.

Please try again later.

Until it's approved, only the account that uploaded it can see the page or install it. Are you using the same account in the store as you are on your garmin?

Yes, it's the same account.

It doesn't let me even submit the app, so it won't be in review.

I made this account recently, on Friday or so. I think this issue might have something to do with this.

I tried again and it still doesn't work.
