Hello,
I am experiencing a critical issue with device support for my app - RescueReadyCPR.
Here are the technical details:
-
In my
manifest.xml, I have explicitly set theminApiLevelto 3.0.0. -
I have selected older devices, such as the vivoactive 4, as supported targets.
-
When I export the
.iqfile or check it in the simulator, I can confirm that these devices are supported and the app runs correctly. -
During the upload process to the Connect IQ Store, the system correctly lists the vivoactive 4 as a supported device.
The Problem: Once the update is approved and published, the vivoactive 4 (and other older models) disappears from the supported devices list on the public store page.
It appears that this issue affects devices running on API levels below 3.3. The store seems to filter them out post-upload, despite the correct manifest settings (minApiLevel="3.0.0") and successful validation during the upload phase.
My code uses has checks for newer features, so it is safe for older devices. I suspect this might be a validation error on the Store side regarding System Levels.
Could you please investigate why these devices are being removed?
