IQ! when running Autopilot

Happy new year o eveeryone. 
Ive got a quatix5. It. s been working properly for last 2 years, for autopilot ghc20 specifically.
2 days ago updated watch for others faces. IQ was installed in my mobile phone and from this very moment I cant run my watch to my autopilot. IQ! shows in the screen when i try to start app. I have tried everything i have read, seen, youtube videos... Reinstaled settings, hard reiniciation, garmin express... but it doesnt work. Always finish in IQ!. Can you help me?

Thank you for your report. We are looking into this. Would you be able to provide the firmware version you currently have on your device? If you go into the Menu it should be under System and then About.
