Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like that documentation hasn't been updated since we released the CIQ app. This is not a Connect IQ bug, but we have passed this issue to the team that maintains that documentation so they can update the instructions/links.

The instructions to change settings at https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=SPo0TFvhQO04O36Y5TYRh5 seem to be incorrect (at least for Garmin Connect)

I was stuck for a while looking for how to change settings. Hope this can be corrected to help other users.
