Hydration device - Feature/Interface Request

I'm developing a consumer device that will track how much water the person drink. I'ld like to be able to pair this device with my garmin watch, so that the watch recevies the data and sync it to my Garmin account.

The plan b is to sync the device directly with the Garmin Connect, but would be nicer with the watch. 

Any chance we can have an api for the garmin connect, or somehow sync this data with the watch to share this information?

What you want to do may be possible using the Connect IQ APIs, but this area is for bug reports, not for Q&A. Garmin does not have direct third-party developer support for how-to questions, so I recommend you post questions like this to the developer discussion forums instead.
