HR accuracy

My app is mainly used by crossfitters, the HR display from my app is wrong, but HR displays from the garmin default activity seems better.

The current HR I display is the HR sent by activity info, so what can I do?

I have an external chest strap HR sensor, and HR are reliable in all circonstances.

The built-in sensor is less reliable ok, but why a difference between Garmin activity and Connect Iq app? is there a preprocessing?

What I am supposed to answer to users about the HR reliability?

    Can you Please support this developer ? He is trying to develop usable solutions and applications for the watches. Yes, there is a difference of 30 bpm between the firmware HR and the in-app watch HR ! it should be a simple fix, so please fix it and offer the right support.
