This was addressed in CIQ 3.1.1.

How to debug an unhandled exception

On a fresh Eclipse install on macOS High Sierra with recommended settings (several example apps do build and run), I can't seem to get a strack trace after an unhandled exception (aka app crash). Without that information, it's pretty much impossible to debug an app, so I guess I just missed some setting.

What did I miss?

    I studied the 3.1.0.beta3: release notes but didn't see any reference to a fix of this bug, or did I miss it?

    Since bugs are identified by an ID (WERETECH-6805), wouldn't it be a service to developers to identify the fixes by this reference in the release notes?

    As Travis said, you may want to move to the latest 3.1.0 beta (beta3) as it's at the point where some fixes may only be made there.  It's probably close to the time that 3.1.1 will be released and the 3.0.x branch will be over.

    The one thing you can't do with the beta is export/build .iq files (because it's a beta), so I'll switch back to 3.0.11/12 for that, but do my main development and test with 3.1.0 right now. And if you find new bugs in 3.1.0, now's the best time to report them.

    Fixes were made on the 3.1.x branch and have been in the betas for a while now.
