The gesture doesn't switch the light on

The gesture in the stock widgets switch the light on but not in CIQ widgets.

    TL;DR the entire bug report revolves around the meaning of "During Activity".

    1) Actual meaning, based on Garmin device behaviour: "during activity" means while an activity is being recorded (whether it's a built-in activity or a CIQ app that records an activity), even if the activity/app is in the "background".

    2) Expected meaning (in this bug report): "during activity" means while the activity is visible on the screen

    1. makes a lot more sense to me, especially since there are other restrictions on what the device can do *during an activity* (whether or not the activity is on the screen or not). For example, Garmin devices will not sync with Connect *during an activity*. (Doesn't matter whether the activity is in foreground).
