Garmin Monetised apps request payment again for users that already purchased

Since today, I'm getting multiple reports from users that already purchased an app, that it's requesting payment again from Garmin pay. The app states 'APPNAME now requires payment for use. For more information, please contact the app developer.' While the user already purchased months ago via Garmin Pay itself.

    - It was with all my apps with Garmin monetisation, for example this one: Flux
    - With months ago, I indeed mean 2 months, as this system kicked off in August. 
    - It occurred indeed with people that already purchased the apps via the ConnectIQ Store's Garmin Pay system
    - I think they all used the same account, as when they removed the watchface and installed it again, the issue was resolved (they could install again without paying again, so that was a good way to fix it).
    - I don't receive these reports anymore. 2 weeks ago I suddenly had multiple reports of users that had this message suddenly appearing on their watch. I guess this was caused by a firmware update somehow (or update of the watchface? I don't remember updating the watchfaces then, but not 100% sure).

    So for now it seems to be ok again, but I'm a bit worried that the issue will come up again and that'll see a lot of confused user emails. It shouldn't happen that this message pops up if the user already purchased. (This message was intended when the watchface was already installed, and then the developer changes the monetisation system to Garmin Pay, which I understand)
