From 6 of my apps/watch faces only one seen in the IQ store

I had 4 apps in the IQ store all 4 was seen by users. After some time and update only one was seen in the store all 4 is still has approved status. I tried to reupload 2 apps what is not seen still got approved status still can’t see in IQ store. 

  • This is not due to a bug. There are a couple of likely possibilities:

    1. When a developer chooses to make any of their apps paid when they were previously free, they are required to go through ID verification for compliance with the EU Digital Services Act. Until verification is complete, the developer's apps are temporarily hidden.

    2. When a developer changes an app from free to paid, the app is re-submitted for review by the app administration team even if the developer has completed DSA ID verification. This will temporarily hide the app since it is technically considered "pending" until it has been re-approved.

    For future reference, this is not the best place to report such issues, and we are unable to act on this report since we do not know exactly which apps are of concern. The best option for developers is to contact the team directly at [email protected] (this is specifically an address for developers to ask questions about app approvals and status, but a customer support address) and supply URLs from your developer dashboard of the apps that are in question. We will be able to investigate each of the apps and provide a clear explanation for why an app may not be visible to the public.

  • I switch rn from payed to free and now back to payed again. It is started to review again the apps. Thanks for the advice Hope they will be reaccapted.

  • Useless report, certainly as a bug report. I'm sure Garmin will guess which apps you're talking about...
