Fenix7 (20.16) low hr rate for CIQ apps

Hello, affter 20.16 upgrade the issue with low HR readings for activities tracked with CIQ apps is back. I reported it some time ago after one of the FW upgrades, it was fixed and it is back in latest FW upgrade.   • I confirm this claim of lower heart rates after the Fenix 7 (v20.16).  Prior to the 20.16 update heart rates were correct and responsive.  After v20.16, heart rates are lower ~20% and unresponsive by up to 1 minute in the connect Graph and what is read at the sensor info.currentheartrate.  This only is seen with the optical sensor not the external HRM.
