I have two recent long rides over 150km where the exercise load (EL) has been scored less than my normal gentle 1 hour morning ride! Both were pretty high intensity and have both power and HR data. Ten hours of tempo should not give me an EL of 85!
Is there any way I can trigger the EL again to make it recalculate the score to something more reasonable?
