ERA Tool not storing developer details on Mac

Every time I start the ERA tool I get a blank list of Apps. I have to go into settings, delete my developer details and re-add them, before I can see my list of apps and any issues that have been reported.

I'm running Eclipse version 2019-06 (4.12.0) on macos Catalina (10.15), but this was also happening on the previous Mojave version.

I'm also running 3.1.6 of the SDK.
