ERA: SDK 3.1.7, cyrillic names non-readable

Use SDK CIQ 3.1.7 and ERA. Log in with Developer credentials and observe Cyrillic names of the applications - distorted.

Expected:

- Possibility to select English names

- Corrected Russian names in list.

    This was fixed between versions 4.1.5 and 5.0.

    So, the necessary steps to fix it on the client side are to rebuild the local database where the application names were stored.


    It is necessary to perform:

    - open ERA, main menu - Settings - Reset. (make sure that c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\era-viewer\ files are reset and there is no database. Delete them if there are any.

    - Log in to ERA with the developer credentials (Developer ID and Developer Key are required).
