ERA not reporting

For some time now, I have suspected that ERA is unreliable - apart from the frequent reports if it "being down". As reported here, I have received no crash reports from my app for at least six months, and I just don't believe it can be that stable.

So I built a test case.

I have published a separate beta version with a known bug. This is a separate version with a new App Id, uploaded as a beta version to the App Store.

I downloaded/installed the beta version on my device (F7) and caused the crash.

The crash is reported in CIQ_LOG.BAK. date and time correspond to my test. I

But even 24 hours later, there's still no report of the crash in ERA.

Error report on the device is in CIQ_LOG.BAK, not YML which, I understand, indicates ERA has processed it.

A second test 20 hours later. Crash report in CIQ_LOG.BAK, but still nothing in ERA.

Is there a log in the ERA system that Garmin can review to trace this behaviour?
