era doesn't work

windows 10, sdk 4.0.6

Era worked but has stoped, so:

- there is problem with Garmin's servers (there is "fetching..." and after some time "Aserver error has occurred. Please try again later") but from time to time there is no error connection and no errors in list (bu I don't know if empty list is empty because no era error)

- or something happened after java update (to jre1.8.0_311)

In my firewall I have the same settings lik firefox and firefox run without problem

    I know one user has error, I don't want  him to send me the log (it's unprofessional to give somebody troubles) . There is no era for I think 10 days, no reaction from Garmin - it's simple unprofessional.
