era doesn't work

windows 10, sdk 4.0.6

Era worked but has stoped, so:

- there is problem with Garmin's servers (there is "fetching..." and after some time "Aserver error has occurred. Please try again later") but from time to time there is no error connection and no errors in list (bu I don't know if empty list is empty because no era error)

- or something happened after java update (to jre1.8.0_311)

In my firewall I have the same settings lik firefox and firefox run without problem

    What can I do? ERA has not reported an error for my app for months.

    I have a very pissed off user who is reporting an app crash (I am trying to get them to send the LOG, but they're not happy!)

    Every time I open ERA I get "The Developer was not found. Please check the developer ID." with an OK button., which, when pressed, proceeds to open the ERA viewer dialog, reporting my app "raceQs sailing tactics racing watch" but an empty panel.
