Edit Properties and Storage not working on Mac

The error i get is "No settings file found for this app. This app may not have settings."

Storage does not work either: "This app does not have any saved any objects from Application.Storage.setValue()"

I'm on sdk 4.0.9 but none of them works.

    I had some issues at the beginning with the settings editor, solved them by deleting all apps from the emulator. Now after a month or so, settings are not being loaded anymore, for any project, I've tried deleting temps files, deleting project's bin/*, rebuilding, changing SDK to no avail. Like Cristi I'm also on a Mac M1.

    Any help would be great.
