Edge 850/550 data fields layouts

The real device supports many more data field layouts than the simulator. It is currently not possible to create full-screen data fields in SDK.

I hit this yesterday! Thought it odd I could not find a full screen datafield, but did not have a real device so thought this a genuine limitation.
