drawRadialText to a WatchUI.Layer dc does nothing on some devices

drawRadialText to a WatchUI.Layer dc seems to do nothing on some devices ( Venu 3, Venu 3S, Epix 2, D2 Mach 1, Marq 2) .  It works for Fenix 7, 7S, 7X and fr955.

(This is behaviour in the simulator, I am not able to test on these actual devices)

    One thing I notice is the devices you mention where it doesn't work in the sim are all AMOLED, where those you say work are all MIP.  Maybe try the 965 to see if it's like the other AMOLED ones or those with MIP?
