Disabling touch screen for Apps in System settings, does not disable touch screen for all apps

Good morning,

A number of my watch app users have complained about the Garmin System setting to disable touch screen when using apps, not actually disabling it in non garmin activities.

Shouldn't this be disabled for all activities if that is what has been set as a system wide setting?

It doesn't really make sense to need to put more additional code in 3rd party apps, if this setting is supposed to be a system setting?

Hi, Sail Racer ( My app ). Some of the users told me about it. I tested it on my Fenix 7x,and they are correct. With touchscreen disabled for activities, it still continues when I start my app up, and requires manual disabling. This does not happen with the Garmin activities ( they all disable the touchscreen on app start )
