detailed activity view is blank in latest Chrome (OK on firefox)

If I try to view my activity with chrome Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)

all I get is a blank white screen.  The latest firefox works fine.

  • Are you still seeing this issue? Chrome 96.0.4664.93 just rolled out recently, which may have addressed the issue. If not could you send us a screenshot of your 'Console' section in the Chrome dev tools? (Right click on the white screen you are seeing and chose Inspect -> Console) You can send the screenshot, if the issue is still reoccurring, to [email protected] if you do not feel comfortable posting it in here. Just make sure to have your ticket number as the subject title. Thanks!

  • This is a Garmin Connect issue and not related to Connect IQ. I'll get this transferred to the Connect team, but in the meantime, I'd suggest clearing your browser cache if you haven't already  to see if that addresses the problem.
