DC - support translation/rotation/... via transformation matrix

I've seen suggestion posted here so I assume this is the correct place to post a SDK feature request, let me know if I'm in the wrong place.

I think it would be really nice to get some more powerful transformation support for the dc class. If I could translate and rotate the dc, I e.g. could easily draw rotated texts. It would also allow to set better clipping regions if texts/graphs do not fit perfectly into a horizontal rectangle.

I would consider the support of a transformation matrix very helpful - or to support at least some basic operations like rotate/translate (maybe even scale).
