I’m facing a major technical issue with my approved app, and I’m looking for help from the Garmin team or other developers who might have experienced this.
My app "Hort Ballistic" (App ID: 48022111f0924804bb283897bac6aad6) was approved and released on January 29, 2026. However, it is still facing the following issues:
Search Indexing: The app does not appear in the Connect IQ Store search results (neither on Web nor in the Mobile App) by name or keywords.
The app status in my Developer Dashboard is "Approved", and all regional settings are set to worldwide.
Is there a manual indexing hold for ballistic-related apps, or is this a database synchronization error? I’ve already contacted developer support via email a few days ago but haven't received a response yet.
Any assistance or guidance from the Garmin staff would be greatly appreciated.
