Critical Issue: Approved App "Hort Ballistic" is missing from Store Search and Direct Link is broken

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a major technical issue with my approved app, and I’m looking for help from the Garmin team or other developers who might have experienced this.

My app "Hort Ballistic" (App ID: 48022111f0924804bb283897bac6aad6) was approved and released on January 29, 2026. However, it is still facing the following issues:

Search Indexing: The app does not appear in the Connect IQ Store search results (neither on Web nor in the Mobile App) by name or keywords.

The app status in my Developer Dashboard is "Approved", and all regional settings are set to worldwide.

Is there a manual indexing hold for ballistic-related apps, or is this a database synchronization error? I’ve already contacted developer support via email a few days ago but haven't received a response yet.

Any assistance or guidance from the Garmin staff would be greatly appreciated.

  •  We're looking into this. It appears to be a problem on the server that I've never seen occur before. Through the tools available to me and my team, your app is approved and there's nothing that should prevent this from being available, but there's some kind of issue with the app ID causing it to return an error when someone attempts to view the app listing through the App Store.

  • I already checked the link, I can't see it either, so it wouldn't help. I'd try to upload a "new version", maybe it unlocks something in the queue, then wait for 3 hours. If it won't be visible even after that then I'd contact [email protected] 

  • No, it's definitely not a Beta version. I double-checked the 'Beta' checkbox, and it is unchecked.

    Could I send you a direct link to the app in a private message so you can take a look? I would be very grateful for your expert opinion on why it might be behaving this way. Thank you!

  • check if you haven't accidentaly checked the "beta" checkbox. Maybe it's a beta app?

Yes, this is my first app on this platform, but I have a large community waiting for it. The app was already 'Approved' by the reviewers, but the 'Download' button and the Store link are simply not working. Any advice?
