Contact Developer User Feedback ReplyTo Address Missing

I know this is probably not the correct forum however I am not sure where it belongs. 

Have there been recent changes to the Garmin App store ? The two messages received in the past 2 days from users via the Contact Developer link do not have a reply to address. It is now impossible to reply to users who send a query to the developer ?

    Vote for email not filled warning zillion times. It is not the quite annoying, it is awful. I cannot answer to the customer due to Garmin Policy not to store personal data somewhere in the middle. Thanks for caring us, developers. But let customer decide whether to share his email or not.
