Can we get a confirmation that at least someone is currently looking into this?  Seems to be pretty frustrating from the user point of view to take the time to reach out to a dev, ask questions or support to never get a response back.

Thanks for the info!  Related question....  Does the voting for a bug this bug influence anything on when the appropriate team will look at it or it’s used by your team to see what bugs needs to be followed opon?

If there is a bug filed, someone will look at it.

For this particular issue, it was triaged and transferred to the appropriate team. That is all the information I have.

Yes, I saw that.  Doesn’t mean that somebody is following up and looking at this.  Could be way down there in their backlog and not even assigned to anybody yet.  Travis.ConnectIQ So worth asking?
