Contact Developer User Feedback ReplyTo Address Missing

I know this is probably not the correct forum however I am not sure where it belongs. 

Have there been recent changes to the Garmin App store ? The two messages received in the past 2 days from users via the Contact Developer link do not have a reply to address. It is now impossible to reply to users who send a query to the developer ?

    Tested again just now on Android V2.1 App and no email comes through.  Are there some settings that need to be enabled for emails address to flow.  Or does it not work you are logged in as the developer you are trying to contact?  This is the only way I can test this.
