connectiq couldn't save configuration

Hi:

I use the connect iq latest version(2.18) and latest connect, but when I save my change on watch face setting, it couldn't succeed on some devices. For example, I have a FR255, it works. But it doesn't work on my another vivoactive3. I'm not sure which this bug belong to connectiq or connect. Can somebody have look on it?

It last for about two month, it's too boring.

  • It has nothing to do with the watch face settings value. The  "save" button is no clickable for all watchface I've tried. It's not possible to save anything.

    By the way, I found it seems to be related to the phone. I have phone A and phone B which both are android OS. Both install the same version connectiq. A can change setting while B couldn't.
