connectiq cannot show animation and all the .gif are shown as static pictures.

Hi, the latest connectiq cannot play .gif files in the store. Instead all the .gif are shown as a static picture. I remember it can be show as animation before. Is this by design or is it a bug? Thanks.

The connecitq version is 2.30.3.

    The web store is displaying animated images as expected, but I do not see them animating in the mobile app. Frankly, I don't recall what the expected behavior is here. I'm going to confirm whether this should work with the mobile team.
