Connect IQ: upload applications updates to store with the batch API

Hello,

This proposal concerns improvements to the Connect IQ app store for developers. If you have many apps published, in my case over 40, publishing updates via a browser (for example, when new devices are released or SDK updates) becomes very time-consuming, and there's no way to automate this process.

Proposal: Create an API for downloading updated Connect IQ apps.

    A bolder idea: the API could provide store information—such as a list of apps, categories, and ratings—and implement fuzzy search.

    The API can provide a screenshot search function. Train the neural network on screenshots obtained from running various applications in simulators, and then provide the user with a list of possible applications.
