Connect IQ should respect setLocalOnly flag for notifications

There is flag in for android notification that marks situation when notification should not be forwarded to smart watch.

But it looks like Connect IQ app is ignoring this flag.

This is pretty annoying behavior when app is updating notifications often. Eg. when it is downloading the file and progress is reported.

I believe it should not be a big deal to update Connect IQ app to respect this flag.

Any application that reports eg. download progress and/ony other progress (eg. countdown timer showing progress in notification area). I can also create sample project in github demonstrating that problem if you need it for debugging.
