Connect IQ SDK 9.2.0 compiler2 internal exceptions on fenix8solar51mm

Connect IQ SDK 9.2.0 compiler2 fails while compiling independent minimal fixtures for fenix8solar51mm.

Observed failures:

1. Valid private and public variable declarations are rejected in ProgramVisitor.buildDeclarationFlags.

2. A fixture without visibility modifiers or a source-level bitwise OR operation fails on a generated bitor operation in HasCheckVisitor.visitInvolatileOp.

3. SDK 9.1.0 separately fails while processing the current fenix8solar51mm device metadata because sizeKey is null.

No PRG file is produced.

Expected behavior:
Valid declarations should compile, compiler-generated operations should be accepted by the compiler pipeline, and supported device metadata should be parsed normally.

Please identify a corrected SDK/compiler build or an officially supported workaround. Detailed redacted logs, reproduction material and hashes are available and can be provided in a follow-up attachment.
