I am developing a DataField and a watch face which need an iOS companion app. Since the update to 14.36 of my Fenix7x, the companion apps (mine and the example from https://github.com/garmin/connectiq-companion-app-example-ios) doesn't detect the installed apps on my Fenix7X.
I downgraded to 13.22 using the backdate files from https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/fenix-7-series/f/announcements/340009/beta-version-14-23---check-for-updates-only and my iOS app detects the apps as expected. Therefore, I am pretty sure the problem comes from the Fenix 14.xx firmware. I already filed a bug report here: https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/fenix-7-series/public-beta-reports/i/public-beta-14-xx/cannot-detect-connectiq-apps-from-ios-companion-app; but was redirected on this forum
Also, on Android, the companion apps correctly detect the installed apps.
I will stay on the 13.22 until further notice but I am a little bit disappointed as I would like to use the endurance and hill scores...
