Connect IQ app won’t save watch face settings

When trying to change settings on a watch face, it takes you back to the welcome screen instead of saving.

Phone: iPhone 8

Watch: Forerunner 45S

This isn’t specific to one, I have tried multiple watch faces with the same result.

I'm on Android and am also experiencing this issue. I have attempted to reinstall the watch faces, update firmware, clear app cache, factory reset watch, nothing works. I am unable to customize watch faces at all.

it worked for me after connecting to Garmin Express on computer and updating the watch.

the same problem, and it‘s not depend on a watchface.

The ConnectIQ app on iOS crash after save settings.

One day still exist this problem and Garmin has no reaction or statements

this watch face has same problem since this morning. I posted my issue above.
