Connect IQ and Venu 2Plus Not connect

It appears the Connect IQ and the Venu 2 Plus do not show connected but still able to install apps and watchfaces. Anyone seeing this

  • Is this issue still occurring for you? If so, could you provide what OS you using and the version of the Connect IQ App you are experiencing this issue on. I have tried to duplicate the issue with the Connect IQ App (version 2.12.1) on Android with a Venu 2 Plus and it shows the device as connected.
