Compatible devices not aligned on app store and upload/edit page/manifest

The upload page shows I have support for instinct 2, however the actual app page does not show support for it. Tried both version 9 sdk and version 8 for building my app. No build errors, app seems to be under the memory limit, and it runs in the garmin simulator. Any ideas to solve this issue? 

Originally I built with version 9 and did not have this issue until after an unrelated update.
