Compatibility issue with watchface from IQ store

I developed a watchface for the Venu 2, then later added support for the original Venu.  Even though I added the Venu in the manifest and re-uploaded the code, users with the Venu are still getting the error that their watchface is not compatible and cannot download it from the store.  Is anyone else having this issue?

  • Make sure you have the newest version of devices and also, have them sync with Garmin express to insure the app store knows what FW is running on the device.  If they don't have Garmin Express, have them log out of Garmin Connect Mobile on their phone and log back in.
