City field for billing in Garmin Pay for watchfaces/apps is causing errors.

Hello,

Multiple users already complained that they are not able to purchase apps/watchfaces via the Garmin Pay system. They say it gets stuck on entering the city in the billing address. Somehow the city can't be validated while users tried many things for the city field.

  • I didn't see the error for a few days now, so it seems to be fixed already. Thanks for solving this so quickly Pray

  • I never had any issues with payouts or something like that. The system went quite smoothly for me to be honest. Just hope this will be fixed soon so users can continue to install the apps and watchfaces they want. 

    For now I redirect users with this issue to Garmin Support.

  • I wonder if it's worth the effort (even if it's smaller than to add 3rd party payment) to make an app Garmin Pay, when they don't approve merchants, it only supports a small number of devices, small number of countries, users even in those countries can't pay, and even if they manage to pay the developer doesn't see the payments for months, and when they contact Garmin, they don't even get a response...
