CIQ natively paired sensors report Unable to Connect in devices and accessories

If you natively pair sensors on a vivoactive 6 in a CIQ app, they show up with a very strange status which will likely alarm people.

The screen shows a warning triangle and the message, "Unable to Connect" and if you tap the sensor this gives another alarming message:

"<sensor> connection limit reached. Disconnect it from a device to add this one"

(screenshots below).

This is a nonsense. The sensor is paired in my app which connects successfully to the paired sensors without any trouble.

Why is the watch trying to connect? Of course it is going to fail since it does not know how to connect. There is no interface for a CIQ app to provide this feature to the watch if it were required which it is not.

It is less alarming on other watches such as the fenix 8 where it just shows searching. But even this is wrong since the watch does not know how to search for aand connect to a CIQ native paired sensor.
