CIQ couldn't open the setting after uograde to

I just upgrade the Garmin connect to latest 4.54.1-rc3 and it ssems this version is toxic. I can download the delete the watchface but I cannot open the setting since then. Can somebody have a check it?

Can someone point where to download the old Garmin connect? Thanks.

There are more people reporting the same issue: They cannot open the setting, even rebooting the wqtch and phone.

At least we can't change the settings and save them, the button doesn't work.
