Cannot upload CIQ app to Garmin servers

As of Jan 1, 2026, I get this error when trying to upload an app on the dev dashboard:

Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later.

That's the standard error message we all see for many things related to the misconfigured cloudflare
