Cannot update nor edit existing app

Hello,

On the 5 apps that I have published so far, there is one app that I cannot update anymore nor edit the details.

Developer ars.fabula : https://apps.garmin.com/developer/f46d37c9-e8b6-44e0-80aa-e50f76d84242/apps

App Enduro Timekeeper : https://apps.garmin.com/apps/e3b73890-70c1-4702-8a5c-b554bf90865b

If I try to edit the details, I get a blank page instead of the actual form where I can modify the description and other details.

When I try to upload a new version, I get the upload form but when I press the upload & publish button, after a while I get the following error.

"Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later."
Other info:
- Last successful update was in November 2023
- The title of the form is "Update app undefined" instead of "Update app Enduro timekeeper"
- the "latest app version" info is blank
- My other 4 apps can be edited or updated.
Seems to me that there is some corrupted data somewhere preventing normal operations...

  • I can't upload new / updated watch faces from home, as I presume my internet download and upload (most likely upload) speed is not good enough, but when I try from elsewhere I have 99% success. So I would say try somewhere with a better internet connection. I personally think this is bad from Garmin's / IQ's third party host as it discriminates against those that don't have fast (even by 2001 standards) internet speeds - I live in a first world country but on an island which has slow internet unless you want to pay a lot of money, and I'm guessing a lot of people in non first world countries don't have access to good internet speeds
