Can't install anything on connect Iq after edge 1040 27.14 update.

Hello

In CIQ app the data fields section I have a list of not installed data fields, I try to install and it kind of does it, but instant flick reverts back from setup to install. it's with all of them.

I did reset the device fully, Garmin app too, restart phone, working on this and trying to resolve... uhm like even from express it's not working, well when I check the directory apps/media the file is there and when I start the device he deletes it. Well this completely stopped working on connect IQ from 27.14 This is now problem with other users facing same issue!

    I was taking a look at this today, and had no issue downloading Data Fields from the CIQ app on device. This is with my Edge 1040 on 27.14
    Which version of the CIQ app are you using?

    I also tried this through the mobile CIQ store and had no issues there.

    If you have any more details I could look into, we can continue to triage the issue, but in the meantime we will have to close this ticket.

  • Are all of the installs you have been attempting installing over Bluetooth? Are you having any issues with installing over Wi-Fi??

    We recently made some changes to the installation process in the CIQ app on device, but it was thoroughly tested so it shouldn't be an issue with the app.
    Data Fields should be installing over Bluetooth, but again I was able to get it to work no problem. I could try turning off Wi-Fi to force a Bluetooth install and see if I can reproduce the issue.

    I did manage to resolve the issue with replacing directory files from other user, who didn't have any problem. My all software versions did have latest updates. 

    I have suspicion update 27.14 messed up by updating bluetooth.
