Can't get "Ride with GPS" on the IQ store

I am trying to install "Ride with GPS" on my 1030+.  It isn't showing up in the app store for IQ. My Brother looked it up on his computer and he was able to see the app, but I can't.  Is there a reason for this?

    In the store, use "contact developer" for that app and ask for E1030+ support.  It's an app by app as far as supported devices.
