I have tried with both the testing link (https://apps.garmin.com/appUnlock?appUnlockRequestId=test) as described on this page and with a real app. Both always return with a 404.
This looks to have been an acknowledged issue for over a year with no resolution.

Can we get an ETA on the fix or, if this is no longer supported, can this be confirmed and removed from the documentation?
