When trying out this DF (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/1535a238-cbac-463b-bde2-373403502a6f) on real fr965 device I noticed that on the real device there is a "7 Fields" and an "8 Fields" layout, while those are missing from the simulator.json.
To reproduce in the simulator on fr965:
1. start any fatafield in the simulator
2. change the layout, and you'll see that the last is "6 Fields"
To reproduce on real fr965 device:
1. install DF Detector (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/1535a238-cbac-463b-bde2-373403502a6f)
2. select an activity
3. change the layout to either "7 Fields" or "8 Fields" (the last 2)
4. add "DF Detector" from the CIQ fields to any (or better: all) position in the layout
5. you'll see that the label for all the field positions is "unknown"
Optionally you can just change the layout to 7 or 8 fields and count them :)
